AudioCodes, a provider of VoIP technologies and Voice Network products, has teamed with MailVision, a provider of SIP mobile platforms for wireless and NGN service, together have enabled Vonage to deliver new mobile VoIP app.
According to a press release, Vonage Holdings Corp., a provider of high-quality voice and messaging services over broadband networks, is leveraging AudioCodes' (News - Alert) mobile voice technology, VoIP Mobile Access Solutions “VMAS,” in order to support the implementation of new mobile applications.
AudioCodes’ VMAS Mobile VoIP solutions facilitates service providers to offer new value-added services, thereby helping them to increase revenues and at the same time enabling end users to make low cost calls with significantly improved voice quality.
Vonage (News - Alert) offers high-quality voice and messaging services over broadband networks. The company’s Vonage World plan provides free unlimited calling to landline phones in all cities and locations in more than 60 countries with features like call waiting, call forwarding and voicemail. The company’s service is available to customers in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom.
MailVision (News - Alert), which develops and markets enhanced SIP platform solutions, offers a full line of SIP based solutions.
With the help of MailVision’s SIP based solutions and AudioCodes’ VMAS Mobile VoIP solutions, Vonage is now able to deliver new mobile VoIP app.
