It’s not always convenient to listen to voicemails, especially when they have several waiting. Our new voicemail to text service saves small businesses a tremendous amount of time by allowing them to quickly scan the contents of voicemails wherever they may be, helping them prioritize messages that need to be acted on right away in order to maximize their productivity.”
The voicemail transcription enables my1voice (News - Alert) customers to have voicemail messages converted to text and sent to them via text message (SMS), email, or both. Customers can then read their messages in a fraction of the time it takes to listen to them. These real-time text messages can also be shared with co-workers, as well as stored and indexed for future reference.
Recently, my1voice was in news when Protus, the provider of my1voice added enhancements providing the service cost effective and similar to the ones used by large corporate houses. The service enables small businesses to select their caller ID to display the my1voice extension to the caller before answering a call.
