UniVoIP Giving it Away

By Carolyn J Dawson, TMCnet Contributor

UniVoIP, a premier advanced business VoIP and hosted PBX (News - Alert) provider, announced its offer of free office phones, for a limited time, to all the organizations in Southern California that sign up for its new UniVoIP calling plan through their hosted PBX system in the coming months. The new plan includes free unlimited inbound and intra-office calls, as well as outbound calls that will be charged an unprecedented $0.02 per minute. It offers simplicity as the calls are not routed through the internet, but via a secure T1 connection for the main office, along with one vendor and one bill. Experienced staffs of senior management ensure that the service runs smoothly.

UniVoIP provides Virtual Hosted Business Telephone solutions with a complete Key System functionality, along with dedicated Internet connectivity, with advanced networked voice services, which include auto attendant, directory services, single or multi site extension dialing, centralized management, and unified messaging. Offered through a simple web interface, the administrator or even the end user can access and personalize their telephone system. This enables cost savings, control over the system and fully customization capabilities.

The new plan will automatically include all the popular phone system features such as auto attendant, mobile twinning, and playing music on hold, along with unlimited support and a lifetime warranty, and a free local number will be provided. Inbound calls will be free and local and long distance calling rates for US and Canada will be charged at $0.02 per minute will also be unlimited. International calling rates will be $0.02 per minute. The monthly bill or the monthly plan will amount to $34.95, this includes free voice mail, and a dedicated phone line, and fax lines rates will start from $2.75.

A hosted PBX system will work out cheaper because an enterprise class phone system will have no hardware to purchase. Also it is quicker and easier, and involves a minimal initial investment with pay-as-you-grow plans. It has environment friendly telecommuting and virtual office features. It also provides a built-in disaster recovery and a lifetime warranty and unlimited free support, with no additional upgrade costs. The UniVoIP hosted PBX includes all the features of the hosted PBX system, and provides unified local and long distance phone, fax, conferencing, as well as internet connectivity. It also promises unsurpassed call quality, reliability, ease of use, and absolutely lowers the rates, and enhances productivity and mobility.

In a release, the President and co-founder of UniVoIP, Asghar Ghasemmy, commented, “At UniVoIP we understand that efficient and reliable communications is essential to organizations of all sizes and that is why we have created an alternative to expensive PBX system providers. As we have found that the last hurdle to switching to a cost effective VoIP solution usually is the need to switch to phones that support VoIP is why we, in June of this year, started a program to donate free business VoIP phones to non-profit organizations in our community. The program was such a huge success that we now have decided to extend to for-profit businesses.”
