Any US resident is now able to make free 5-minute long distance calls any time without signing up. Freephone2phone Inc., launched a service, allowing US residents to make free calls to landlines and some mobile numbers in over 50 countries.


According to a press release, simply dial a local access code from your landline or mobile phone, listen to one or two 10 second ads and connect yourself to love ones in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia in no time. Once your call time is over, you will hear a warning beep and the choice to end the call or extend for 30 more seconds.

Based in New York City, Freephone2phone is a cable channel, which can be accessed by a phone and not a VoIP company. The company can also be addressed as a "talk-on-the-phone" channel." It publishes over 150 local access numbers to place calls immediately from cities throughout the United States. The company takes pride in its management team enriched with extensive experience in the media, advertising and telecom sectors. The free 5-minute long distance calls service is being considered to be an innovative method of advertisement. By offering a free call, company aims at making customer listen to the ads and promote different products over the phone.

The service is sure to attract a large number of US residents as they spend 10 cents per minute or more to make a call from their landlines phones. For international calls telecom provider charge over 20 cents and if you don’t subscribe to any international plan, the charges can be more than $1.00. The new service from Freephone2phone would allow US people to save money.
