TeleDynamics Distributes Syspine VoIP Phone System

Quanta Computer (News - Alert), a provider of technology products to electronics companies through ODM (original design manufacturer) and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) business models, is adding TeleDynamics as a distributor of the Syspine (News - Alert) Digital Operator Phone System.

Syspine Digital Operator phone system is an advanced VoIP phone system featuring Microsoft (News - Alert) Response Point system – a phone system software designed especially for small businesses that have 1 to 50 employees.

With advanced technologies, the phone system is easy-to-install and can be operated by anyone familiar with a PC. Syspine has a powerful voice recognition, voicemail-to-email capability, voice-enabled auto attendant and call routing function.

Syspine’s integrated solution of IP telephony and voice recognition allows users to just pick up their handset, press the Syspine IP phone Response Point button and say the recipient’s name to call. The system will retrieve the relevant phone number from the company directory or from the Microsoft Outlook address book, and dial the recipient. Transferring, parking and retrieving calls are such an easy task with this kind of system, the company says.

Austin-based TeleDynamics is a telecom equipment wholesale supplier of electronic products, including basic telephone accessories, cordless telephones, audio products and general consumer electronics. The company’s customers include major retail stores, telephone companies; interconnect companies, Internet retailers and electronics dealers throughout North America.

"Syspine is not only our first Microsoft application, it's also such a feature-rich and innovative phone system," TeleDynamics CEO James 'Happy' Feller said.

Feller also mentioned that this kind of distributorship agreement is a great benefit to the company and a strong complement to its sales channel.

"TeleDynamics is well-established in the interconnect and dealer community, so we are very glad to form this partnership," said Robert Gordon, director of sales and marketing at Syspine.

"They are also very big in the small business phone system arena, which is a perfect fit for us both," Gordon added.
