Cbeyond, an IP-based managed services provider to small businesses, today announced that it has made the 2008 Technology Fast 500, Deloitte’s ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America.

 

Delivering audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services, Deloitte (News - Alert) ranks companies on this prestigious annual list based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over five years, from 2003 to 2007.

 

Ranking in at number 406, Cbeyond (News - Alert) grew 327 percent during this time period.

 

According to Jim Geiger, CEO of Cbeyond, the company’s success is mainly driven by its focus and proven, replicable business model with Cbeyond’s substantial revenue growth experienced over the last five years.

The Fast 500 is compiled from Deloitte’s regional North American Fast 50 programs, company nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research. Companies are chosen based on percentage revenue growth from 2003 to 2007.
