Samsung Business Communication Systems, a Dallas-based division of Samsung (News - Alert) Telecommunications America, reportedly has launched the “Samsung Dealer Advantage Program,” an initiative to partner with SMB telephone system dealers.
The program will simplify dealer access to technical support, training, and lead generation, according to the company.
It also combines a solutions-focused approach with preferred rates and flexible financing and leasing options to deliver long-term value to small and mid-sized businesses, company officials say.
According to Doug Wonson, vice president and general manager at Samsung, the program offers enhanced lead generation, sales and marketing support, flexible financing options, dealer incentives, a five-year manufacturer’s warranty, and superior customer service within a collaborative support infrastructure.
“The Samsung Dealer Advantage Program represents a game-changing approach to providing valued channel partners with the tools and support they need to successfully serve the SMB market,” Wonson said.
The company’s geographically dispersed base of direct dealers and resellers result in tight-knit national coverage that the customers appreciate, he added, saying the program will establish long-term partnerships in the dealer channel with a solutions-focused approach that delivers the right telephony solutions to SMB customers.
According to Bart Kohnhorst, the company’s vice president of sales and marketing, over the last several months, Samsung BCS visited some of North America’s top SMB system dealers to listen and better understand their needs.
Kohnhorst said that what the company learned is that dealers have a genuine desire to partner with manufacturers to not only place their customers in the position to win, but also to gain support well beyond the initial sale.
“The overwhelmingly positive response from our road show reflects a clear understanding of the unique advantages Samsung integrated telephony solutions offer our dealer partners and their SMB customers,” said Mike Rosen, director of product marketing..
Rosen said that the OfficeServ 7000 series of converged telecommunications platforms combined with on-the-ground support from the dealer partners promises to be a winning combination for SMBs nationwide.
