Codima Inc., a Microsoft Certified Partner and an Avaya Gold Partner that delivers software tools for VoIP Management and Infrastructure Management, reportedly has established operations in the Benelux market.
Company officials said that with head offices in Brussels, Belgium, the local multi-lingual team will offer services in sales, marketing and technical support to new and existing resellers throughout the Benelux region.
The Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg operation is the company’s fourth European rollout in 2009.
Officials said that the company continues its successful adaption to the European market implementing local teams.
The Benelux team is expected propel the Codima’s (News - Alert) software solution for managing business critical IT networks cost efficiently, into a market looking to invest in cost reducing software.
“Our Benelux team excels in product knowledge and markets insights, and will deliver real value and first class support to resellers from day one,” said Christer Mattsson (News - Alert), chief executive officer at Codima.
Mattsson said that in Benelux, the company sees a growing demand for software tools to reduce IT costs and improve quality of service in existing networks, hence the local presence is vital to accelerate market penetration and expand into new market segments.
According to officials, Codima technology is built from ground up to be VoIP-specific, and it offers a unique real time end-to-end solution for VoIP readiness and call quality assurance in VoIP networks, minimizing expensive downtime and improving quality of service.
Codima earlier this month announced the launch of autoVoIP Blaster, a VoIP testing tool stress test network limits to ensure readiness in networks.
autoVoIP Blaster brings new technology that set the standard in pre-assessment testing to ensure that the cost efficient VoIP technology can be successfully installed. In a single test, the tool stress tests the paths to explore the phone loading limit for the network as a whole.
