Whaleback Systems, Intervale Technologies Team to Deliver VoIP Services to New England Businesses

Whaleback Systems has announced that Massachusetts based Intervale Technologies, IT and telecom services provider, has joined the Whaleback Systems (News - Alert) Premier Partner Program.

Whaleback Systems Premier Partner Program is a comprehensive technology and channel sales program for interconnect valued added resellers (VARs), network integrators and IT services companies.
Frank Dearborn, owner of Intervale Technologies, said that the Whaleback CrystalBlue Voice solution provides a fully managed, feature-rich business telephone service designed specifically to help New England area businesses be “competitive” and “efficient.”
Solution’s fixed monthly cost for equipment, service, monitoring and maintenance can “significantly” reduce a business’ monthly operating costs, said Dearborn, adding that it can also eliminate large capital equipment expenses which is another significant benefit in today's economy.
Whaleback’s Crystal Blue Voice Service features innovative service delivery architecture to provide end- to-end service management for voice services delivered over an IP-based broadband network infrastructure.
In addition to a managed, premises-based IP private branch exchange (PBX (News - Alert)) with key system functionality, it also features a broadband-based telephony service infrastructure.
Whaleback officials said that CrystalBlue Voice Service offers tiered-minute national and international calling packages. These packages provide predictability to a customer's monthly phone bill and makes advanced technology affordable for companies that need between 5 and 500 phone stations.
Moreover, officials said that the CrystalBlue Voice Service is equipped with a dedicated “voice only” broadband connection to ensure better voice quality and service availability.

Earlier this month, Company certified snom Technology AG’s m3 IP DECT (News - Alert) phone as interoperable and ready for deployment with its CrystalBlue Voice Service.
