Sonasoft (News - Alert) Inc., a provider of fully integrated and automated solutions for archiving, disaster recovery and data backup/recovery solutions for the SMB market, has introduced SonaRAMBO, which the company claims to be the industry’s first, fully integrated replication, archiving, migration and backup offering. 

According to the company officials, this comprehensive suite harnesses the state-of-the-art features and functionality, unmatched from a single solutions provider. 

The company officials claimed that SMBs gain tremendous advantage by leveraging the integrated architecture of the Sonasoft SonaRAMBO solution to capitalize on its powerful features, full-featured functionality, and scalability.

Khanna said that with the new SonaRAMBO bundled offering, Sonasoft has carefully selected an integrated product suite that is unique to the industry, which provides the full functionally and flexibility demanded by the company’s customers.

Back in April, nAppliance Networks, a provider of cost effective infrastructure management and security appliances for the SMB and enterprise markets, teamed up with Sonasoft Corp., provider of SonaSafe Integrated archiving, replication, and backup software to introduce enterprise class exchange email archiving appliances that lower the TCO of archiving for enterprise customers, and make enterprise level archiving affordable for the SMB market. 

The product, dubbed the Net-Archiver SonaVault series of appliances, enables businesses of all sizes, big or small, private or public to safeguard against future litigation risks, effectively scale and optimize the exchange server storage infrastructure, and improve simple day to day employee email records and access management.

In January, Sonasoft had announced the release of disaster recovery capability for its archiving solution. 

SonaSafe for Email Archiving is designed to meet regulatory compliance and eDiscovery needs of organizations. SonaSafe for SQL Server provides data
protection and disaster recovery for Microsoft (News - Alert) SQL Servers. 

By combining both the solutions, Sonasoft is the only company that provides disaster recovery, high availability and data protection for archive server through a common platform.
