By providing Aptela’s hosted phone service for Velaro’s Click-to-Call feature, SMBs will be able to enjoy the combined advantages of both the communications tools collectively - to proactively respond to customer inquiries, said officials with Velaro.
Users can add Velaro’s Click-to-Call and Click-to-Chat service to their website and can access as well as connect to existing Aptela account providing Hosted Phone (

Alert) Service. In other words, this integration enables user to utilize existing Aptela account with Velaro’s Click-to-Call service.
Velaro’s Click-to-Call SaaS integrated with Aptela’s hosted phone service facilitates in identifing the properly skilled agent immediately and connect the call when web site visitors simply click a button.
