Konftel 300, A Conference Phone That Grows with Large Meeting Rooms
UMEA, Sweden --(Business Wire)-- The Konftel 300 is a conference phone developed for use in medium to very large sized meeting halls. It can be supplemented with external speakers, microphones, and headsets and can also be connected to a meeting room's existing sound system.
"We've had requests for a conference phone that can be connected to external speakers and microphones for use in really large meeting halls," says Peter Renkel, Konftel CEO. "With the Konftel 300, you can use the sound equipment already installed in the room."
The original reception area for the Konftel 300 is 325 square feet (30 square meters). This can be more than doubled by using expansion microphones.
Konftel is also the first conference phone manufacturer to offer a conference phone with a wireless headset connection. With this feature, persons on the other end of the line can hear caller voices clearly, even when they are moving freely about the room or facing away from the phone.
A flexible solution can be created for any size meeting room by adding a PA software upgrade to the Konftel 300. This enables connection of speaker systems and hand-held or mounted external microphones.
The Konftel 300 is a conference phone with a host of innovative features. Besides its adaptability to large meeting rooms, it has a built-in SD memory card reader and recording function that enable direct recording of conversations in the phone. The Konftel 300 is also equipped with a conference guide that simplifies dialing multi-party calls and a line selector with which you can switch between and combine three connection methods (analog line, cell phone, or computer for VoIP).
"Research shows that phone meetings will increase in the future because they save time, money, and the environment," says Renkel. "But we also know that many users place increasingly more demands on their conference phones. We are meeting these demands with the Konftel 300."
