As the need for consolidation, virtualization and convergence grow more pervasive, enterprise demand for high speed data centers and streamlined infrastructures is ever-present.

To help do this we obviously have to have very high speeds in the data center. The number of users doesn’t change, so in order to serve the same number of applications, the speed levels must increase to keep the service levels up.”

The Panduit High Speed Data Transport Solution allows flexibility during planning, designing, commissioning and operation of the data center infrastructure that is both protocol and media agnostic.

The industry is currently working on the 40Gig standard.
