AdCalls to Sell Its Ad Supported VoIP Program via Rcalls Direct Sales Division

AdCalls (News - Alert), Inc., a California-based Internet advertising company offering ad-supported VoIP, now plans to sell its program to the business and industry market through the newly established Rcalls, Inc. a direct sales division. This division will focus on domestic and international VoIP and CRM sales.

“Every business wants to establish a relationship with their customers, but 95 percent of the business do not know who their customers are,” said Al Krauza, AdCalls, President, in a Monday statement.

Krauza continued: “The AdCalls FREE Long Distance World-Wide Dialer not only provides businesses with the Good Will of giving FREE Long Distance to their customers, but also provides for brand awareness and captive eyeball advertising.

Krauza further elaborated that, as customers install the branded AdCalls dialer, the business captures the demographic profile of each customer in a permission based data base. This is what businesses need to achieve successful CRM programs.

Rcalls plans to use a direct sales force of more than 1,600 agency owners covering the US, Canada, Mexico, Philippines, Trinidad, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. This division will be recruiting and training direct sales advertising specialists to sell local and national businesses in every country that AdCalls is not currently servicing with VoIP.

The AdCalls dialer can be installed anywhere in the world for free and can be used to call any phone in any country in the world. With the ad-supported business model, users are able to receive up to 60 minutes of free worldwide calls supported by local, national and international adverts.

AdCalls offers two proprietary packages to businesses of any size, including the Advertiser Package ($795) and the Private Label Package ($4995). With either package, businesses can give away unlimited number of free worldwide dialers to clients, customers and prospects.

“AdCalls has created the personification of CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing)” Krauza said. “Give the customers what they need (FREE Long Distance) and they will give you their profile information and look at your name branded on their desktop, dialer and ads.”

The extensive growth of the Rcalls Direct Sales Force is expected to soon enable the AdCalls program to be installed in business throughout the world. AdCalls’ VoIP program currently services more than 150 countries, with an estimated user base of more than 8 million by the end of 2007.

The flexibility and cost savings that VoIP offers clients both in the residential and industry sector has generated significant demand throughout the world. By enabling businesses to offer their clients free long distance, AdCalls is helping to generate opportunity for these businesses, in addition to the demand and revenue that the company is able to drive for itself.

Offering organizations a method for building lasting relationships with their customers ensures that AdCalls will not only be able to generate demand for its solution, it will also be able to sustain that demand as it works to facilitate the maintaining of those relationships. As long as the company can help lead its clients to success, the same can be true for AdCalls.
