Alert) has partnered with Novus, a distributor of TDM

and VoIP phone equipment, to help value added resellers (VARs) target the small to medium-sized business (SMB) marketplace.
Novus, which sells Nortel, NEC (
News -
Alert), SNOM, and Vodavi products, has added Allworx telecom equipment for VARs.
Allworx products now available through Novus include the Allworx 6x and 24x VoIP

communications systems, and the Allworx 9112, 9102 and the latest 9200 IP phone series. Novus is also distributing a series of Allworx software options, including Call Assistant, Call Queuing, Conference Center, and Dual-Language Packs, which include Spanish and English language support.
Novus continues to work hand-in-hand with equipment manufacturers and their distribution networks in order to provide affordable, timely solutions. Not limited to simple product distribution, Novus acts as a liaison for manufacturer supported programs for remanufactured, new, manufacture discontinued and end-of-life products. The company’s array of services includes call center management, consultation, and asset management services.
Novus complements its equipment sales and distribution services with buy-back programs, leasing and rental programs, and logistics and inventory management services throughout the United States.
