In a bid to enhance its services for its valued customers, provider of Web based products and services, outshinesolutions recently launched operations for its UK and India data center. With this, the server becomes more powerful, and up to the customer need.

This enhanced infrastructure will allow customers in India, the U.S. and U.K. to host application with its new data center, the company noted in a press release. The company will also focus on small and medium level enterprise to offer them a cheaper solution.

The company said that in addition to launching new operations in the U.K. and India, it is also going to increase its focus on customer care services. This, according to the company, will minimize waiting time for its customers when they call company representatives. Then, response time will also be reduced to a guaranteed 15 minutes. This means users or clients will get a reply within 15 minutse after generating any trouble ticket.

According to outshinessolutions, online visibility is a key concern for every firm irrespective of its size. In the past, the company faced trouble in serving its Indian customers. But now through a dedicated server, the company seeks to overcome the challenges of poor bandwidth and infrastructure. The new operations will give the company much needed stability for delivering a perfect solution to its Indian customers.

With online branding becoming all important for large, medium and small enterprises, the companies should go for the branded hosting solutions, outshinesolutions said in the release.

Last week, TMCnet reported that data center sustainability was a focus at the green grid technical forum 2011.

The event's theme, "Get Connected: Efficient IT for Business Advantage," underscored the importance of data centers as key business differentiators, with sessions intended to  help attendees understand how tools from The Green Grid (News - Alert) can help them chart a path to make their facilities more energy efficient, sustainable and cost-effective.
