TLA’s existing telephone system was expensive, clumsy, unreliable and increasingly hard to manage and thus they searched for a solution that would keep overheads down, required little or no management and enabled its employees to be available both in the office and when traveling or working from home.

Additionally, callers have the facility to use each employee’s individual extension to reach them directly on their mobile.
As GoHello is ALLmobile, when TLA’s customers call a fixed-line number their calls are routed directly to an employee’s mobile phone. The TLA staff is therefore much more available, even when out of the office.
Erik Haugen, director of Sales-International, TLA, explained that with their previous telephony solution, they often felt that important phone calls were missed due to their small workforce and traveling demands. Thanks to GoHello solution, calls are now routed directly to employees’ mobiles and they don’t need to worry about taking messages, keeping the office manned or costly business calls.
