VoIP Supply, LLC an Internet retailer of Voice over IP

(VoIP) hardware, software, and services, announced that they have been selected to
Inc. Magazine’s 26th annual list of America’s fastest growing private companies. VoIP

Supply came in at number 359 on the Inc. 500 list with a growth rate of 783%.
I had the opportunity to catch up with VoIP Supply CEO, Ben Sayers regarding the news.
GG: What is the company’s reaction to being named to the Inc. 500 list?
BS: The company is very proud and excited about the nomination. Being named on several other fastest growing company lists has been exciting over the past few years, this particular nomination is of even greater significance considering the size, reputation and history of the list and its past nominees.
[ed. Note: Last year VoIP Supply was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s list of fastest growing companies in America (#45); and was also named the No. 1 fastest growing company in Western New York by Business First]
GG: What qualifies a company to be considered for this honor?
BS: Inc. determines the company’s nomination and ranking based on revenue growth from 2003 through 2006 with a minimum of $600,000 in 2003 revenues.
GG: Please describe VoIP Supply’s growth over the past several years.
BS: Explosive and consistent has been the theme for the past few years. VoIP Supply experienced triple digit growth for the past four years and expects to see exponential growth throughout 2007. Triple digit growth at our current size would be fairly difficult without growth through acquisition.
The growth at this rate makes for a hectic business environment with many opportunities to succeed or fail. We experienced plenty of both, learned from them and landed with both feet on the ground. This is truly a testament to the hard work and dedication of the VoIP Supply staff.
Over the past year we have slowed the growth of headcount and focused on efficiency and automation. As a result, our revenues and customer base continue to grow while our expenses decline.
GG: What are some of the best selling products that you currently carry? What are customers demanding?
BS: IP Phones have traditionally been our top sellers across a variety of brands. Second to IP Phones are various analog adapters. We do sell a large volume of gateways, PCI cards, and IP PBX

platforms (servers) both configured with a specific platform or unprovisioned for future deployment.
GG: What is the outlook for VoIP Supply?
BS: VoIP Supply continues to grow and improve with a focus on the customer experience, Web site usability, communication between company and customer, internal efficiencies and automation as well as expansion of its product catalog. VoIP Supply continues to expand its technical expertise, product certifications, technical support offerings and their partnerships with established industry parties.
