Telesoft, one of the trusted experts in the field of fixed and mobile telecom expense management software and services, announced the launch of the Telesoft 10.0 TEM software solution, which will provide enterprises with unmatched visibility and management over fixed and wireless telecom expenses. Telesoft TEM version 10.0 covers the two major challenges in the market of expanding the requirements for usability and complete reporting for increased visibility into telecom spending, by quickly and radically reducing unwanted or inappropriate spending and at the same time maximizing investments in telecom services.
With the help of a single, comprehensive web interface, Telesoft is able to provide flexible, wizard-based reporting and advanced mobile order management for clear, computerized control of wireless service activities. Telesoft 10.0 combines an effective mobile policy with mobile ordering technology, hence enabling enterprises to have complex telecom usage practices to quickly reduce telecom expenses, increase employee support and at the same time provide an absolute financial picture of telecom spending for meeting the needs of various departments, like finance and IT.
In a release, Thierry Zerbib, the Chief Executive Officer of Telesoft said, "By implementing a fixed and wireless telecom expense management solution, Telesoft customers typically save 35 percent on telecom expenses. Given the average telecom spend of our customers annually is in the millions, that adds up to a big number."
As per industry analysts, the wireless costs will exceed the fixed costs as wireless spending has been continuously growing at a rate of 30 percent or more per year, and 80 percent of enterprises are expected to overspend on their wireless service costs by an average of 15 percent. With the installation of TEM, enterprises can expect to save up to 35 percent of their annual mobile spend.
In a release, Eric Goodness the Research Vice President of Gartner (News - Alert) said, "Large enterprises struggle not only to enforce mobile policies to reduce telecom costs but also to optimize spending across all carriers in their markets. Given the growth in mobile spend globally; Gartner is seeing customers look for vendors that can help them avoid costs through the use of fixed and mobile TEM solutions."
