In its latest version, Teo UC packs more than 200 enhancements and several new features, which are likely to benefit end users and administrators alike. Teo UC debuted in 2010. For the organizations that have to maintain a mobile workforce, Teo UC makes a cost effective solution.

Teo UC integrates core communications capabilities such as email, voicemail, voice-conferencing, desk phones, mobile phones, soft phones, IM, fax, E911 notification and call recording into one unified platform. Teo UC was designed to enable mobile workers stay productive while at desk or when away from it. This scalable and flexible solution enables ease of management.

The upgraded version, which comes with many productivity-boosting features and user- intuitive platform, is all set to take unified communication to the next level.

The users are going to benefit from the Teo Softphone Updates, Call Swipe and Schedule-based Auto Attendants features.

With Teo Softphone Updates feature, users can now access all UC tools within the Teo Softphone via tighter integration with the Teo User Portal. The Call Swipe feature enables Teo UC users to seamlessly transfer calls from device to device without interruption or disruption to other people on the call. The Schedule-based Auto Attendants feature allows the users to set different Auto Attendant behaviors based on settings such as time of day, day of the week and more.

For administrators, the upgraded version comes with an improved Dial Plan Manager feature, which has been made more user-friendly and intuitive than before. The mass provisioning capabilities have also been refined in the attest version. These capabilities will allow administrators to provision and configure all settings for thousands of users and devices as quickly as they can provision a single user or device.

In May 2011, Teo announced that Teo Services will be the exclusive reseller and systems integrator for Teo UC, the company's unified communications platform. The direct integration of Teo Service with Teo is aimed at providing superior customer service than other organizations that are forced to work through complex channel protocols, the company explained in earlier news release.
