Utribo Enhances Communications Capabilities for Website Visitors

TMCnet’s Stefanie Mosca had a chance to sit down with Mark Klangenberg, Utribo’s vice president of Sales and Marketing for a closer look at the latest offering while at ITEXPO (News - Alert) East 2012. See the exclusive interview below. 



What makes the offering really stand out from other options in the market is not only the ease of use, but also, it can be added for less than $10 a month. This removes the typical barriers of cost and complexity some organizations may put up when they consider adding rich communications.

By simply clicking on a URL, the user can begin a call either via mobile, VoIP or PSTN or gain access to a company’s PBX (News - Alert), or even have an HD Video call or video session.

Utribo Co-Founder and CEO Alain Sturzenegger said that this new offering is an, “inexpensive, low-risk way to add multimedia interactivity to nearly any application or vertical, from banking to gaming to dating.”

“With Connect, businesses can differentiate themselves by providing superior sales and customer-care experiences, and they can leverage the rapidly growing installed base of video devices to provide consumers with a convenient new way to communicate both with their organization and with one another,” Sturzenegger said.
