Canada-based ThinkTel (News - Alert) Communications recently introduced a Professional Services practice, which will enable Canadian organizations to take on and implement unified communications technology which will be provided through a number of platforms. The new Professional Services practice will have a specific focus on Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync.

Enterprise clients will also be offered one point access for purchasing equipment, planning and deploying implementations, PSTN connectivity and every day support as part of ThinkTel’s Professional Service offering.
