Canada-based ThinkTel (News - Alert) Communications recently introduced a Professional Services practice, which will enable Canadian organizations to take on and implement unified communications technology which will be provided through a number of platforms. The new Professional Services practice will have a specific focus on Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync.

Proof of concept or POCs, planning and implementation services, superior SIP Trunking configuration, managed Microsoft Lync offerings and custom designed offerings will be offered by ThinkTel as part of its Professional Services Practice. Enterprise clients will also be offered one point access for purchasing equipment, planning and deploying implementations, PSTN connectivity and every day support as part of ThinkTel’s Professional Service offering.
