Kurmi Software Keen to Expand into the UK

By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor

French software vendor, Kurmi Software is now keen to expand into the UK and is currently searching for local channel partners to take its products to market.

The company is set to introduce its two flagship products – Kurmi Unified Provisioning and Kurmi Unified Selfcare - into the UK market.

Kurmi Unified Provisioning for administrators can cut administration by enabling the provisioning of staff into UC environments at the click of a button, and Kurmi Unified Selfcare for end users improves the end-user experience and reduces pressure on the IT department by helping employees self-manage their UC environment.

“The UK already has an established and forward thinking UC and SaaS (News - Alert) (Software as a Service) model, so we expect Kurmi Software to have great traction as the Unified Communications as a Service market starts to take off,” said Abdel Kander, CEO for Kurmi Software.

“Given the fact our technology provides on-premise or cloud-hosted multi-tenancy, branding opportunities and scope for additional services, we see this as an attractive proposition for many Systems Integrators and service providers to resell our product as part of a wider Unified Communications (News - Alert) as a Service offering.”

Kurmi Software already enjoys a strong presence in France, Germany, Italy and the Middle East. The company’s comprehensive solution is designed to help with end user deployment and the daily management of Unified Communications (UC) platforms from any location at any time.

Kurmi Software solutions are hosted through the cloud or on premise, and are claimed to significantly cut down administration and improve end-user experience. These solutions are interoperable with all other Unified Communications vendor technologies.

Because the platform can host multiple sites, businesses can easily centralize the management of UC as a Service (UCaaS) customers or large enterprises with multiple locations.

Use of Software as a Service is increasing in popularity all across the world. Last month, ReportTime introduced SaaS workforce management solution that provides complete, custom workforce management capabilities without custom development.
