Tim Passingham, BT Conferencing's general manager for the Americas, said, "We believe we can more than double our reseller revenue in the next two to three years. I believe no other provider can match BT's video managed service expertise."
Recently, TMC (News - Alert) reported that the company expanded its Contact Center portfolio for the U.S. As the newest addition to the portfolio, the company introduced a cloud-based IP contact center service, and according to the company, this service is based on Cisco's Unified Communications (News - Alert) and Collaboration technology (UCC).
