The Web conferencing solution from NextUC lets the employees of a company work together in real-time, from any web browser or mobile devices. The company’s Web conferencing can be integrated with fully combined audio and/or video conferencing. With this, the customers will get a complete web conferencing suite that’s available on-demand, wherever they work and with whatever device they are working with.
Powered by increasing sales of its web conferencing solution, the company announced the close of May with significant revenue growth. According to NextUC, this rise in revenue is mainly because of strong product adoption and continued increase in satisfaction results by customers.
To match customers’ expectations, NextUC had 100 percent product availability for the month. This raised the company’s annual uptime to 99.997 percent and this is a strong indicator of overall customer satisfaction, the company stated in a press release.
The company stated that the revenue increased by 43 percent month over month. According to the company, this growth shows the company’s overall performance. There is detail behind that number that indicates an even more compelling story, the company stated.
“Another record month of performance on a wide variety of key performance indicators”, said Bob Barnes, VP of product marketing and sales, in a press release. “NextUC must keep performing well, but history is proving that we can deliver.”
Recently, TMC (News - Alert) reported that the company’s suite of UCaaS services witnessed increased customer utilization. Along with features such as telephone numbers and PBX, the company’s hosted Microsoft (News
- Alert) Lync platform has been designed for fast deployment and can be up and running within a matter of minutes from the company’s website. As opposed to traditionally used services such as telephones and voicemails, there has been a rise in customers accessing and consuming Web meetings and video conferencing services.
