Alliant reportedly has designed and built data centers for enterprise customers and recently all its data center projects have involved some aspect of virtualization or cloud computing such as server consolidation, pooled storage, or a fully-virtual, ‘green field’ builds.
“Our SmartUC service offering enables our customers to quickly realize all the benefits of the enhanced collaboration services powered by the Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution platform. Since Alliant is providing SmartUC as a fully hosted service with full lifecycle support included, our customers will further benefit from predictable monthly budgeting and reduced operating expenses”, noted Scot Chapman, Alliant’s product development manager, in a press release.
