Recently, the company introduced the next-generation version of their Web-based collaboration suite. According to the company, the suite provides full support for multilingual translation.

By allowing teams to communicate and collaborate in the language of their choice, the move crosses the language barrier.

This new releases allows users to define their language preferences and share content, through instant or verified translations, in their native language. It also provides for advanced reporting tools enabled by MicroStrategy (News - Alert), for analyzing participation, influence, activity and engagement.

The service also introduces a brand-new HTML5 interface for drag-and-drop file sharing and an increase in file size to up to 2 GB. By setting a retention schedule for specific types of content, it also provides the ability to remove content from the search index, the company explained in a recent statement.

"The Web has changed that, not just from a marketing perspective, but also operationally. With our latest release, we've eliminated one of the most significant barriers to collaboration, making it easier to work together regardless of location, time zone and now language.”

MicroStrategy Incorporated, a source of business intelligence (BI) software, recently partnered with IGLOO (News - Alert) Software to combine reporting and analytics into IGLOO’s social business suite. MicroStrategy BI software runs against data stored in data warehouses, operational databases, ERP systems like SAP (News - Alert) and Oracle, and MDX cubes like Microsoft Analysis Services, SAP BW, Essbase and TM1.
