In an effort to give its millions of users an outstanding social communication and sharing experience, C2Call, the creator of free mobile video chatting app, FriendCaller (News - Alert),  has released the enhanced version of the application.

In its latest version, FriendCaller has been designed to fully support the complete next-generation social communication experience of its users, C2Call clarified in a press release. It enables users to communicate with friends, individually or in groups via voice and video chat, share photos and videos, or even share their location and eliminates the need for depending on multiple apps for group video chatting, texting, long-distance phone calls, photo and video sharing and voice messaging.

The latest version of FriendCaller currently supports Android-based mobile devices, via Facebook and it is coming to Apple (News - Alert) iOS devices soon, the company revealed.

The new FriendCaller platform allows users to record and share video clips, snap a photo and share it instantly through FriendCaller or Facebook (News - Alert).

In addition, the app lets users send messages from their photo and video library, leave a voicemail and video messages for their friends.

To add to the fun, the new FriendCaller app allows users to share a location via Google (News - Alert) Places.

The app currently enables Mobile Group Video Chat supporting up to seven participants with the capability to add an additional 20 participants in a voice-only chat, Text Messaging (SMS), Browser-based WebPhone, Caller-ID, CallMe-Links, video calling and a real phone number.

FriendCaller also offers multi-lingual support for the English, Spanish, German, French, Italian and Chinese languages.

To top these all, all of these unique features, which are currently unavailable with other mobile calling apps, come free of charge.

“FriendCaller is quickly becoming the application of choice for millions of users who want to be able to communicate across multiple hardware and software platforms using group video chat and enhanced messaging functionality. Through our newly redesigned interface, we are bringing the concept of social communication to fruition, and making it possible for our users to communicate in a variety of ways with their friends and social networks using a single application, regardless of whether they are using their mobile device, desktop browser, Facebook, e-mail address or a phone number,” CEO of C2Call, Martin Feuerhahn noted in a statement.

The FriendCaller social communication app is currently available via the Google Play and the FriendCaller.com website, the company informed in the news release.

C2Call demonstrated the video chatting capabilities of its FriendCaller app at Showstoppers 2012 during Mobile World Congress (News - Alert) in February this year.
