With continued commitment to offer high standard-based service, skills and value to its customers, SunTel Services – a provider of services for unified communication networks to businesses throughout Michigan and across the country – recently attained the Elite Portfolio Partner Network Infrastructure status in Juniper Networks' (News - Alert) Partner Advantage program.
SunTel was awarded Elite Portfolio Partner status for its outstanding leadership in sales, customer service, technology expertise and service specialization, according to a recent statement.
Being the highest status level attainable in the new Juniper Networks Partner Advantage program, the Elite designation is limited to companies that have met and exceeded high standards for personnel qualifications, training and service.
SunTel Services has provided complete life cycle services for enterprise network communication services. In general, it offers a wide range of product offerings to customers across the automotive, manufacturing, government, healthcare, education, finance, professional services and technology sectors.
In order to keep its Juniper Elite Partner status, SunTel was required to attain meticulous, competitive levels of technical and education training criteria established by Juniper, including advanced technical and sales enterprise routing and switching certifications, along with continuing education credits.
The Juniper Networks' Elite Portfolio designation signifies that SunTel is certified on the entire range of Juniper products, and that they have completed additional assigned training and continuing education courses.
"We're proud of meeting the highest standards in order to maintain our Elite partner status by Juniper, as it underscores our focused commitment to the service, skills and value we provide," said Ray Szpiech, vice president of enterprise networking and security at SunTel. "As an Elite partner, SunTel is one of a select few companies that has access to the latest resources and technical solutions that we can put to work for our clients."
Currently, the company holds key partnerships and certifications with many companies, such as Adtran, APC, Avaya, Blue Coat Systems, Citrix, Cisco (News - Alert), Dell, Fortinet, HP, Juniper Networks, Microsoft, Mitel Polycom and VMware.
In recent news, SunTel Services achieved Platinum FortiPartner status with Fortinet (News - Alert), a provider of network security appliances and unified threat management (UTM).
