CoroWare Receives New Video Conferencing Orders Totalling More than $150,000

CoroWare (News - Alert) Technologies recently announced that that Enhanced Collaboration Solutions business unit of the company has received new orders amounting to more than $150,000 for its HD video conferencing solutions. CoroWare Technologies is a solutions integrator specializing in affordable and open mobile robotics; business class video conferencing; and operational business intelligence.


In a release, Lloyd Spencer, CEO of CoroWare, said that, "Enterprise customers are increasingly looking for affordable, HD-quality conferencing solutions that work well over Internet and 3G/4G wireless networks – for room systems, desktop computers, and mobile devices. CoroWare's enhanced collaboration solutions team is uniquely capable of delivering a complete video conferencing solution with high quality and low-latency video, echo-free audio, and flexible usage reporting tools."

The new orders received by the company are a combination of both new and repeat customer projects. The contracts require the deployment of Vidyo (News - Alert)-based multipoint video conferencing solutions which have been developed by CoroWare to ensure low latency, while delivering HD quality video conferencing over general data networks as well as the Internet via off-the-shelf devices.

The videoconferencing professional services suite of CoroWare includes return on investment (ROI) analysis; assessment of audio and video requirements; systems level framework and design; deployment and testing; as well as support.
