SoTel Systems Showcases SoSimple Unified Messaging Program at ITEXPO West 2011

This unified messaging provider will also focus on its Siemens (News 
- Alert) partnership at ITEXPO West, touting the benefits of its OpenScape Office MX. This platform is specifically designed to meet the needs of the SMB seeking features that allow for the easy and cost-effective management of diverse communications.
The platform offers a presence capability, and makes it easy to set up conference calls without call charges. Conferencing capabilities are handled through the OpenScape Office MX to reduce costs and increase productivity. The platform also integrates seamlessly with Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook to support unified messaging and keep all scheduling and communications functions available on one screen.
This system is offered as a total solution package with a range of value-added features. SMBs can keep all contacts in one directory; key contacts can be managed in favorite lists; mobile and desk phone messages can be routed to one voice message box; faxes easily managed with a fax message box; immediate notifications sent when key messages or faxes arrive; a personal auto attendant and so much more.
