As Vice President and General Manager in Cisco’s Small Business Business Unit (SBBU), David Tucker is responsible for addressing the “Connect” elements of Cisco’s small business strategy, which aims to maximize profitable growth in the small business switching, routing, storage and WLAN markets. Tucker’s organization is responsible for delivering a global product portfolio and unique go-to-market strategy that meets the networking needs of the small business customer. As part of this effort, Tucker will manage the innovation and expansion of product solutions, which includes the integration of small business best practices and products with Cisco’s existing products.

In his most recent role, Tucker served as Vice President of the Connected Office Business Organization (COBO) for Linksys. There, he led the teams to develop and market voice and data products targeting the small business marketplace. Previous to COBO, Tucker led product management, marketing and market development efforts for Cisco, spending much of his time focusing on delivering IP Telephony solutions to the worldwide enterprise customer.

Tucker joined Cisco in 1998 as part of the Selsius Systems acquisition. As Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, he helped to pioneer the consolidation of voice and data networks.

Prior to Selsius, Tucker served in a variety of leadership roles at different technology companies where he was responsible for notable innovations like the creation of the voice and video PBX platform.

Carter was born in Taiwan. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer and information science from the University of Florida and his master’s degree from the University of South Florida.

Pete Mastin heads up business development for Internap as Vice President of Business Development for its Content Delivery Network unit. He has over 20 years of experience in content delivery and streaming technologies, infrastructure planning and product development. Prior to Internap, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Multicastmedia. Mastin began his technology career in the late 1980’s working in the CASE tool arena, developing model-based Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools for KnowledgeWare and Sterling Software. In 1997, Mastin was recruited by iXL, an online consultancy firm, to become a director of engineering where he formed and ran groups that specialized in digital video deployment. Mastin then became a director for iXL’s Digital Video Solutions Group in 2000 where he specialized in delivery of rich media. After iXL was acquired by Scient, he began working with various startups to rationalize their technology focus. During this time he founded Clear Compliance and served as CTO for eAttorney. Today Mastin resides in the Atlanta area and enjoys spending time coaching baseball and playing music.

Raymond (Ray) Dolan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sonus Networks. Previously, Ray served as Chief Executive Officer of QUALCOMM/Flarion Technologies, a developer of mobile broadband communications technologies, as well as Senior Vice President of QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM).
