Level 3 and Limelight Networks are leading forces in the content delivery network (CDN) industry, both having evolved far beyond video delivery to offer customers the most advanced video viewing options while delivering the highest quality of service. Peter Coppola, vice president of product management for Limelight Networks, will discuss how enterprises can utilize CDN to optimize video delivery, and Michael Fay, senior director of CDN product management for Level 3 Communications, will talk to service providers on best practices for selling CDN services to business users.
In addition to blanketing content delivery, Video World Conference & Expo has also landed upstart Vidtel, AVer Information Inc. and Blue Jeans Network, shining stars in the visual communications segment of the video industry. Best and worst video deployment practices will also be covered at the conference in sessions led by Jason Marchek, managing director at RCR Wireless, and Craig Steen, president and CEO of Clear2There. Both sessions will review current and future trends and how to stay relevant in the market. As an extension of that topic, the Video World Conference & Expo will also feature a session that examines strategies to handling diverse access devices for both wired and wireless users, presented by Edgardo Nazario, vice president of products and general manager at Limelight Networks. Jim Dicso, president and chief revenue officer for SundaySky, will also present on how enterprises can use Streaming 2.0 technologies to expand their brand. Keith Wymbs, VP of marketing for Elemental Technologies, discusses TV Everywhere and Chris Johnston, director of advertising products for Brightcove Inc., reveals ways to create applications to generate new revenue streams.
