ISL (News - Alert) Online is taking audio performance to the next level by releasing a new version of its Web conferencing software, ISL Groop 2.2.
The new release features improved echo cancellation and includes support for hot-plugging of USB audio devices.
ISL Online has been supplying easy-to-use, on-demand business software for remote desktop support and access, Web meetings and instant live chats since 2003. The company claims the latest version leaves audio and video user settings nearly redundant.
According to a release, the company has equipped its latest release with advanced echo cancellation, and notes that it is a fundamental feature of a professional Web conferencing system.
This feature is a precondition for a better user experience and allows users to talk to one another in real time without interferences.
Users can leverage ISL Groop 2.2 to add new USB audio devices during the meeting, or unplug the active ones. This software has the ability to automatically pick the best audio recording device to deliver optimal sound.
ISL Groop 2.2 also ensures continuous audio streaming without cancelling the silence. This ability means users can enjoy a more natural online conversation.
Commenting on the rationale of this release, ISL Online says that by constantly improving essential features of its software, it aims to achieve simple and smart Web conferencing service. Ultimately it wants users to focus on the meeting or Webinar and not notice the technology behind it.
