CS3 Technology Extends its '18 Essential Behavior' Program to Recognize Special Clients

By Calvin Azuri, TMCnet Contributor

CS3 Technology recently announced that it will be extending its “18 Essential Behavior” program to its clients. The company’s “18 Essential Behavior” program is based on the internal processes and commitment displayed while hiring people who display important behaviours such as “Be Authentic,” “Communicate,” and “Protect Your Integrity”.

In a release, Gary Crouch, president of CS3 Technology, said that, “We believe that great employees exemplify these qualities. Over the last couple years we recognized our employees based on these behaviors. It then occurred to us how many of our clients also exemplify these same behaviors. We want to recognize our clients for their professionalism, work ethic and outstanding qualities.”

The company features a video on its website which covers one of these 18 behaviors each month. The behavior covered during the month of November was “Be Authentic”, which focuses on how one should display high levels of credibility in expressing emotions and experiences while remaining objective.

The company recognized Alan Lister with The Hardesty Family Foundation as the recipient of our Be Authentic essential behaviour. Crouch said that, “We are honored to recognize Alan Lister with The Hardesty Family Foundation as the recipient of our Be Authentic essential behavior. Alan candidly shared his opinion of a new service we were rolling out. His constructive criticism will help us improve the product for other clients. He was brutally honest, without being brutal.”

Lister, controller at The Hardesty Family Foundation for five years, said that, “I was honored to be recognized. It is nice that CS3 Technology has a program that recognizes their clients for outstanding behaviors.”
