Gateway Recovery Associates upgrades to Aptela v5.0 platform
(Telecomworldwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) US business-class phone service provider Aptela announced on Thursday that New York-based debt recovery business Gateway Recovery Associates has upgraded its hosted VoIP service to Aptela's new v5.0 platform.
No financial details were disclosed.
According to the company, Gateway uses Aptela's hosted VoIP solution to manage high call volume, enable telecommuting, add and delete employees from the system immediately and present a consistent image.
Gateway recently upgraded its system to Aptela v5.0 high-definition calling platform, enabling the company to take advantage of greater call quality and expanded features. With the expanded Call Blast capability, incoming calls now ring simultaneously at every collector's extension, while previously they were routed to five extensions.
