Alert) and Intelestream also delivered Riva CRM Integration for Novell GroupWise.
By using a PC as the single interface for all communications, SKyCOM offers enterprises enhanced productivity at lower communication costs. Integrated with Group Wise, the solution provides a simple CRM tool that can be used to track all communications.
