San Jose, California-based VoIP technologies provider HelloSoft, Inc. has announced that its echo cancellation technology has been licensed by 3G total solutions provider ASUSTeK Computer Inc. HelloSoft’s (News - Alert) technology will power ASUS’s latest Galaxy series of dual-mode 3G handsets.

According to a recent TMCnet report, ASUS has signed an agreement with Garmin (News - Alert) Ltd. to design, manufacture and distribute co-branded location-centric mobile phones.
