ATCOM (News - Alert) Business Telecom Solutions, a communications solutions provider, has signed an agreement with CV Products, a company that services engine builders, chassis shops, drivers, and race teams.
ATCOM has provided CV Products enhancements including deployment of new voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) with a Mitel (News - Alert) 3300 Unified Messaging platform in locations at Thomasville and Mooresville, N.C.
The company said that the deployment of the Mitel 3300 with unified messaging will provide CV Products with increased presence and availability, instant messaging and voice mail synchronization with Outlook scheduling.
Rhonda Morgan, vice president at ATCOM, said that CV Products is a unique company that is able to help them unify all of their facilities by networking them with VoIP.
Earlier this year, ATCOM signed an agreement with Randolph Hospital that allows the hospital to move forward with their modernization plans.
As per the partnership, the company is providing support services for telephone systems, a redundant voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) system controller, licensing for more than 150 wireless handset devices, an enterprise system management package, contact center and call accounting software and new IP Attendant consoles.
