FreedomVOICE Boosts Reseller Relationships, Customer Care with New Hire

By Amy Tierney, TMCnet Web Editor

FreedomVOICE, the developer and marketer of FreedomIQ business VoIP service, is ramping up its reseller relationships and customer care service with the recent appointment of a new employee.

Tina Maria Haley has been hired as special projects manager for FreedomVOICE (News - Alert). In her new role, Haley will offer resellers best-in-class support and will make various improvements to the customer experience, the company said.

FreedomVOICE sells a comprehensive slate of integrated virtual office solutions, including toll-free numbers, which allow business owners to enhance their company image, communicate seamlessly with customers, and track marketing effectiveness.

Recently, Haley was director of vendor relations at TAG National, a national organization of independently-owned telecommunications companies, where she played a key role in the company’s growth and success. While at TAG, Haley worked with resellers to help them get the most out of their relationship with the organization. The company is a strategic partner of FreedomVOICE.

Before that, Haley was director of marketing and customer advocacy at Alliant Communications. She previously also held the posts of NTR director at Clear Channel (News - Alert) and director of creative merchandising at Novica United Inc.

With Harley’s hiring, FreedomVOICE hopes to bring a new level of personalized attention to reseller relationships and customer care, the company said.

“Our customers and resellers are responsible for our livelihood. Without them we would be nothing. The hire of Tina Marie represents our greatest effort to create a perfected buying and selling experience,” Eric Thomas, CEO of FreedomVOICE, said in a statement.

In other news, FeedomVOICE recently launched its new  FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP Blog. The company said that the blog is designed to serve as a primary resource for the VoIP industry. The trend of blogging is widespread. From travelers talking up their adventures to industry professionals writing about their products, there is no topic that isn’t blogged about, TMCnet reported.

The company also redesigned its Web site to offering business owners extensive learning assets about its FreedomIQ hosted VoIP PBX (News - Alert) products and the growing business VoIP industry. The new Web site has been designed to allow users to stay up to date on the latest innovations in VoIP phone systems, including free consultations, tips for getting the most out of the FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP PBX product, and a fresh design, TMCnet reported.
