FreedomVOICE, the Encinitas, Calif.-based hosted VoIP PBX (News - Alert), released its VoIP phone buyer's guide for the FreedomIQ service. The guide is designed to help decision makers choose the best VoIP phones for their business, the company said.
The guide examines seven VoIP phones that are recommended by FreedomVOICE (News - Alert) for the FreedomIQ business VoIP service. The 2009 FreedomIQ VoIP Phone Buyer's Guide features product shots and a range of information on each product.
“There are literally hundreds of VoIP phones to choose from,” said Eric Thomas, CEO of FreedomVOICE, in a statement. “This buyer’s guide lists our most popular phones and gives business owners the information they need to make an informed decision.”
The online guide gives business owners a chance pair top quality VoIP phones with FreedomIQ service. And it awards are any indicators of success, Freedom VOICE is sur to find some customers.
Earlier this year, the company’s Hosted VoIP PBX product, FreedomIQ, earned the 2008 Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing Corporation’s Unified Communications magazine. FreedomIQ provides some of the “most innovative” and “useful telecommunication tools” in the market, according to company officials. It’s a telephone solution equipped with powerful features that help serve entrepreneurs and enterprises.
FreedomVOICE may choose to publicize its new guide through its new FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP Blog. The blog, which launched in June, is designed to serve as a primary resource for the VoIP industry, the company said.
In other news, FreedomVOICE recently expanded its team, adding new employee to build up its reseller relationships and customer care service. Tina Maria Haley has been hired as special projects manager for FreedomVOICE. In her new role, Haley will offer resellers best-in-class support and will make various improvements to the customer experience, the company said.
