MegaPath, Inc., a provider of managed IP data, voice, and security services in North America, recently announced Renaissance Tile & Bath installed MegaPath’s Duet service that will deliver voice and data capabilities for the company’s Alexandria, Virginia showroom location.
According to Renaissance Tile & Bath officials, the company will leverage Duet to increase productivity, connect to headquarters and decrease costs.
“Duet’s ‘set it up and forget it’ simplicity is the main reason we selected MegaPath (News - Alert),” said David Amos, Systems Administrator, Renaissance Tile & Bath. “As a small business in a consumer-facing market, we are constantly looking for ways to improve customer service without costly overhead. Duet enabled our Alexandria location a way to consolidate their phone and data services, and once installed, we saw a dramatic improvement in productivity as well as huge phone bill savings.”
MegaPath is currently exhibiting at TMC’s ITEXPO (News - Alert) West 2009 at booth 629. For more information about the ITEXPO, please visit www.itexpo.com.
“Home improvement companies are seeing a huge spike in business, and in order to keep up with demand, they require a voice and data service to better serve their customers,” said Dan Foster (News - Alert), Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, MegaPath. “Our Duet service gives small businesses like Renaissance Tile and Bath enterprise-class voice and data they need to run effectively and efficiently, and most importantly, turn a profit.”
MegaPath’s all-optical MPLS network will deliver a low-cost, high-speed Internet and full-featured voice service bundle that is ideal not only for Renaissance Tile & Bath but also for small-to-medium sized businesses, company officials said.
Duet includes productivity features found in enterprise voice and data solutions without the staffing requirements or investment in network and telephony needed for customers to deploy their own infrastructure, MegaPath officials said.
