In a bid to improve communications capabilities for the dispersed workforce of one telemarketing business, Encinitas, a California-based hosted VoIP phone systems provider is offering its hosted VoIP PBX solution to integrate remote employees into one seamless communications system.
Officials with FreedomVOICE (News - Alert) said their FreedomIQ offering is providing a number of benefits over Newton Group ESA’s previous premise-based solution, including the integration of 90 remote employees and a number of cost savings.
Gordon Newton, president of the Newton Group ESA, said the company conducted research to narrow down a phone system that would best suit the company’s dispersed workforce and chose a hosted solution because the benefits outweighed those of premise-based solutions.
“Once we came to the conclusion that it would be better for us to use a hosted solution we looked at several options. When it came down to it FreedomVOICE had the best package that we looked at. The price was just the icing on the cake,” Newton said.
Aside from thousands of dollars in phone bill and equipment savings each year, the company now also boasts the ability to offer agents an easy, hassle-free way to connect the system and start making calls.
“Not only has it saved us money, it's also saved us headaches. The features and functionality that come with the system allowed us to tighten up our calling and call quality,” Newton said.
FreedomIQ offers customers all the latest in hosted VoIP PBX (News - Alert) technology offered entirely remote and including a number of advanced features like Outlook integration, advanced ACD, auto attendant, call recording, and more.
