In a bid to help inform attendees of the upcoming ITEXPO East 2010 about VoIP and the future of this technology, an Encinitas, Calif.-based hosted VoIP PBX provider announced today an executive from the company will participate in “Winning the Battle for SMB VoIP.”
According to Joe Schiav
one, director of sales for FreedomVOICE (News - Alert), the hosted VoIP industry is poised for significant growth.
“We expect the hosted VoIP industry to grow by leaps and bounds. It grew by 21percent during 2009 and we were in a very difficult recession. Now that things are turning around to some extent, we expect there to be even more growth. This session will be an excellent opportunity to get industry insight,” Schiavone said.
The panel discussion is taking place January 21, 2010 from 8:30-9:15am, at ITEXPO (News - Alert), and will specifically highlight how VoIP and hosted VoIP providers can succeed in the SMB space as well as cover topics like unified communications, improving productivity, remote workers, and enhancing customer service.
“Our FreedomIQ system is setting new standards in advanced features, call quality, and custom integration. If you’re interested in VoIP, particularly hosted VoIP and where the future of the technology is headed you’re going to want to attend this,” said Schiavone.
Last week, FreedomVOICE’s Director of Sales Engineering, Cory Dzbinski, also participated in the HD Voice Summit at the Consumer Electronics show where shared his insight on the latest technological developments in HD technology and addressed topics like the wide adoption of the technology, profitability, technology requirements, direct and indirect expenses, and other relevant topics.
