Clearway Network Management Solutions Partners with Polycom

Clearway Network Management Solutions has reportedly signed a partnership agreement with Polycom, a company specializing in telepresence, video and voice solutions, to deliver new solutions that can drive greater efficiencies and improved service from unified communications.

 
“We are thrilled to combine forces with Polycom (News - Alert) to help solve the industry’s unique challenges,” said Gene Rodgers, president and COO of Clearway. “Delivering outstanding quality of service to users will ensure that customers receive the expected benefits of Unified Communications (News - Alert).”
 
Clearway and Polycom said have combined their products to provide what they call “the most comprehensive performance management and troubleshooting,” along with the world’s leading cnified collaboration solutions.
 
“The combination of Clearway’s expert Knowledge Base (News - Alert) system with Polycom’s advanced communications solutions brings the world’s most comprehensive solution for managing advanced Unified Communications and Collaboration and ensuring service levels,” said Raheel Retiwalla, chief technology officer of Clearway Network Management Solutions.
 
Clearway Network Management Solutions Network Assurance Expert and OCS Expert platforms provide a single, integrated solution for aggregating, monitoring, analyzing and trouble-shooting performance and service-level data across the spectrum of vendors offering converged network solutions and Unified Communications.
 
Polycom’s Unified Collaboration solutions provide on-demand communications that uniquely combine voice, video and content.
