BroadSoft, Inc. has made it known that its BroadCloud PacketSmart, which is integrated with the OneAccess (News - Alert) One1540 multi-service router, is now available. Integrating the solution with OneAccess Networks, a manufacturer of multi-service routers and Ethernet access devices, will ultimately enable service providers to offer hosted services to small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as well as enterprise customers.
With the combined solution, service providers can offer hosted services to small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprise customers. Moreover, they can also detect and resolve problems for cloud-based IP services delivered on their networks. By addressing a broader SMB market, they can improve customer retention as well as average revenue per user.

The ONE1540 Multi-service Access Router is purpose designed for service providers capitalising on new and emerging cloud services. Collapsing three hardware platforms into one - Router, SBC and App Processor (News - Alert) – the ONE1500 protects service provider margins and enhances service flexibility, whilst delivering an improved Cloud experience to end users.

BroadSoft also recently revealed Call Center Xpress, its bundled call center solution that enables telecommunications service providers to deliver a feature-rich, end-to-end and fully scalable hosted call center solution to enterprise customers. Call Center Xpress is designed to help service providers offer hosted call centers to a broad range of customers, delivering the benefits of a hosted architecture to enterprise customers in a simple-to-deploy package.
