Mxvirtual, a fully integrated unified communication solution and IP phone system, has recently been unveiled by Zultys (News - Alert).
Suitable for enterprises and managed service providers, the new Mxvirtual supports MXIETM unified communication client, integrated contact center solution, smartphone integration, advanced call routing, conferencing, large scale call recording, advanced SIP trunking with integrated session border controller, etc. MXvirtual comes with same characteristic as the company’s premises-based MX systems (MX30 and MX250).
The solution integrates voice, video, data and mobility, to optimize collaboration and communications for businesses of all sizes. In addition, MXvirtual in combination with VMware enables enterprises large and small to take advantage of virtualization benefits. These include increased server utilization, easier deployment, enhanced business continuity and reduced costs.
In addition, Zultys customers and its channel partners can deploy the new MXvirtual on their existing VMware infrastructure and they can also take advantage of Zultys’ MXnetworkTM Redundancy attributes, while assigning another MX to assume MXvirtual’s functionality in case of crises.
According to the company, MXvirtual offers the required flexibility to seamlessly scale to support multi-site organizations with thousands of users in a centralized or distributed architecture, or combination of both. MXvirtual occurrences may be combined with MX30 and MX250 hardware appliances via MXnetwork giving customers lots of options as they transform their communications environments.
The company is also highlighting that MXvirtual solution is less complex to deploy and maintain and allows organizations to focus on their core business. The new MXvirtual will soon be available with MX Release 9.0
“The MXvirtual platform was simple to deploy into our existing VMware environment. We’re excited about the level of scale and flexibility that this breakthrough brings to the MX platform,” said Colin McGuire, Director of Engineering, Coactive Technology Solutions (News - Alert).
