VoIP has grown a fair bit. In the event of a VoIP telephone failure, Alianza (News - Alert), the cloud voice platform company, has announced EasySwitch, an end-of-life migration assistance program for service providers with cancelled, defunct, or obsolete VoIP products and wholesale white label solutions.
The program allows a fast transition to Alianza’s Cloud Voice Platform and features professional services and service credits to ease the financial and logistical challenges of the move to a next-generation VoIP solution.
The transition to VoIP has been going on since the late 1990s and billions of dollars have been spent on equipment and services. Alianza’s EasySwitch program joins cable operators, ISPs, and telcos in transitioning to a modern, flexible, and more cost-effective solution to deliver VoIP services.
Kevin Dundon, Executive Vice President of Business Development with Alianza, said in a statement, “We know that many service providers face an uncertain future with their existing VoIP solutions, and this new program removes the financial and technical obstacles so they can rapidly and safely migrate to a next-generation solution. Our Cloud Voice Platform provides a future-proof solution that is easier to manage, less expensive and more scalable than networks and reseller programs of the past.”
Alianza’s Cloud Voice Platform offers a rich feature set to support residential VoIP, hosted business VoIP/IP PBX (News - Alert) and SIP trunking services, and can extend those services to mobile and Wi-Fi devices for over-the-top delivery.
Alianza’s EasyMigrate bulk migration tool replicates data and migrates all subscribers, including call settings, PINs, voicemail settings, and voicemails.
Alianza’s EasySwitch program features service credits to offset the undepreciated value of existing equipment, a dedicated onboarding team to define and manage the transition process, and waived certification fees for qualifying VoIP CPE and devices used for existing services.
Alianza’s EasyMigrate bulk migration tool makes exact copy of data and migrates all subscribers, including call settings, PINs, voicemail settings, and voicemails.
