Velocity's VoIP Portal Debuts as a One-stop Shop of the Company's Offered VoIP Services

In an effort to help its ITSP, call center, and hosted PBX (News - Alert) provider clients to better manage and grow their businesses, Velocity VoIP has launched VoIP Portal. Based on a cloud-based Class 4 and Class 5 carrier-grade platform, the portal is designed to provide one-stop access to Velocity’s comprehensive VoIP services offering. The platform links Velocity's cutting-edge white label VolP reseller solutions with world-class switching and billing capabilities from PortaOne, the company reps explained in a news statement.


Velocity’s full portfolio of white label solutions include hosted IP PBX, Call Centers, Audio-Conferencing, Business and Residential VoIP, Wholesale VoIP, Mobile VoIP, Calling Card, Callback and other VoIP services. By providing one-stop access to all these services, the portal is expected to cater to all telecom needs of the fully operating ITSP.

Then, Velocity VoIP’s highly customizable VoIP origination and termination services allow its clients to avoid huge financial commitments. Live provisioning of DIDs will enable the service providers to find any number in real time in the United States and 58 international countries.

By using Automated LNP Process, the service providers will be able to port in numbers from carriers all over the world. All they will require to do is submit the information electronically. They will be receiving real time status updates as the number moves through the process.

By using easy to use APIs, a business can directly integrate VoIP Portal into its website. The integration will help streamline and automate the opening of new accounts and customers.

Thus the newly launched portal is expected to enhance the communication services in many ways and it is the end users that would be able to reap the benefits of a high quality but cost-effective communication technology.

“The purpose of the VoIP Portal is to help our clients manage their Velocity account online with a suite of tools and solutions to improve their communications services. VoIP Portal can help our customers grow their businesses while making it easier for end users to enjoy the costs savings of VoIP from their provider,” sales director of Velocity Jason Silverman noted in a statement.
