IP technology enthusiasts now have a chance to take part in new $1 beta testing program initiated by Grandstream Beta Club. This program allows IP technology fanatics to grab the opportunity to test new Grandstream products and send feedback and propose software enhancements prior to the official release of the product.
Grandstream has been serving small-to-medium business (SMB) and consumer markets with IP solutions designed to lower communication costs, increase security protection, and enhance productivity. The new $1 beta testing program is a hands-on approach to directly address customer needs as part of product development.
“The launch of this attractive program will open the flood gate to allow our customers to pre-test and help fine-tune a wave of innovative new products coming from Grandstream in the near future,” said David Li, CEO of Grandstream Networks (News - Alert).
Interested parties are invited to become a club member. The company will select the best applicants who have widespread experience with IP products, platforms and endpoints, and show a keen interest in discovering new IP technology and features.
Application to the Grandstream Beta Club is open to anyone and is free. The cost to participate in a beta test will be $1 to cover handling. Grandstream is already accepting the applications on https://betaclub.grandstream.com/.
In addition, the application encloses an open-ended “Impress Us” section, where applicants will be asked about the reasons that make them a top candidate for the Grandstream Beta Club. Creativity, innovativeness and experimentation are among the top traits of a successful Beta Tester, said the company officials.
Selected applicants will be presented a free product with free shipping worldwide, along with access to the online Grandstream Beta Club portal to provide feedback, suggestions, and bug discoveries through a dedicated forum. The company promises to offer prompt technical support by its engineers throughout the entire Beta test period.
